Prosperion Co., a worldwide provider of digital personal development and wellness programs, is expanding and looking for an online Marketing & Business Development Specialist.This remote role focuses on supporting our online marketing functions, engaging prospective customers, and contributing to overall business expansion.

You’ll be responsible for generating inquiries, representing our programs professionally, and guiding new customers through structured qualifications and educational workflows. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, articulate, and eager to grow within a supportive digital environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement marketing activities using simple digital tools and pre-designed systems

• Communicate with prospects through scheduled phone or Zoom conversations (training included)

• Offer guidance to new customers and ensure they understand the products and systems

• Maintain ongoing communication with both prospects and customers 

• Attend remote trainings that cover business development, marketing, and mindset strategies

• Track results and share relevant activity updates

• Work within established procedures to maintain consistency across marketing processes

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in digital marketing, client relations, wellness, or business development

• Professional communication—written and verbal

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to quickly learn online platforms and workflows
